After a few days of
spastic contractions, we decided it was time to head to the hospital. This is Ty before he came out. Big tummy!

After only a few hours of contractions and a few pushes, Ty arrived! He was born at 8lbs 2oz and 20 inches at 10:32 pm on August 6! Such a sweet little boy.
A proud Grandma!
The next day Tatum came to meet her new baby brother. She was so excited to see that he had come out of Mommy's tummy and she couldn't wait to hold him!
So far, he loves his
paci and even likes to hold it in himself. Such a good little boy.
And here he is all dressed and ready to head home.
Ok, so the monkey shoes are a bit much but it was late at night and his toes were cold!
And too bad his parents can't find the head rests for his
car seat since the house and garage are in shambles so two blankets make due. :)

Congrats you guys! And, isn't it funny how much more lax you get about things with #2?!? With the Tatum, you would probably have freaked out not to have the head rest things in the carseat, but with Ty, eh, 2 towels will do! Hahaha!
I love his name! Joy, you did awesome carrying that 8 pounder inside that tiny tummy of yours! Hopefully we'll get to see him before he's three! :) xoxo
