Halloween!!!

The day is here!  Ty's first Halloween at Creekside!  He couldn't wait to go and participate in the parade.  Of course he had picked out a Silver Power Ranger outfit but wore it for a Kids Night in Poway and got a small bit of paint on the front and that was it, he couldn't wear it.  Thank goodness for the dress up bin!

Tatum picked out this hippie outfit and she looked so cute!

Each kid had a Halloween party so Ty's was first.  What a cute bunch of TKers!  They had fun games outside, a craft and a food item.  Very fun.

And on to Tatum's class where they enjoyed the corn hole game we brought!

Then we were invited over to the Lizano's house for dinner and trick or treating. 

The ladies and their roadies!

The kids wanted to go home after an hour so we could hand out candy at our own house.  First step, categorize the candy. :)

Where are all the trick or treaters?  I feel like this happened last year.  We had a few but definitely not enough to take all the candy we had in the bucket.

Even though Daddy wasn't with us, we still had a fun time and couldn't wait for Daddy to come home the next day.

Red Ribbon week and Creepside

During Red Ribbon week, the kids were asked to dress up like a super hero.  Ty and Sarah had the same idea!

Kaitlin, Bella and Tatum had lots of fun dolling up for Creepside!

We met up with Ellie too!

Look at these silly girls.  No one was brave enough to go on the scary side, just the not so scary side.  But the girls loved getting candy and running through the maze.

I volunteered to do the outside game for Tatum's class Halloween party so I drew and Garrett and Tatum colored the spider and ghost! 

Grandma Dini sent us lots of Halloween fun so we decorated these bags and got ready to Boo Colin and Destiny.  Too bad Colin's dad was out front so we had to do a drive by, and then when we tried to sneak up to the front porch of Destiny's house to ring the door bell, her dad was sitting in the window and there was a sensor light!  No boos this year.:(

Tatum got a rosary at religion class and she couldn't wait to show her Godmother. :)

Even though Garrett had to go out of town for work, Tatum, Ty and I still carved pumpkins and did a pretty good job!  Ty did the scary face, Tatum did the ghost and I did the cat.  Not bad!

Sea World with Ellie

Ellie invited Tatum to go to Sea World with her and Tatum jumped at the chance!  It was all decked out for Halloween!

They had a great time taking lots of pictures with all the dressed up characters...

 

 

Enjoyed going to the dolphin show, seeing this cool sloth, and checking out the sharks.

They love the Beluga whale, so beautiful and graceful.

They tried to pet the dolphin but she never got close enough...

This is made out of trash found on the beach!

Same with this!  Pretty sad that we leave that much trash out on our beautiful beaches but what a great way to recycle it!
