First half of our 25 Days of Christmas fun

This year we did our usual 25 days of Christmas fun but I have to admit, we didn't do something major every single day.  That gets a bit overwhelming so we did things most days and it started with picking a name off the Adopt a Family tree at school and donating a gift.  We got a little boy and we bought him Tech Deck toys, a few shirts and a hat.  The kids loved this activity and enjoyed the thought of giving gifts to a child that hardly has anything.  It was also neat for them because they knew the child lived here in Poway, even more rewarding to help your neighbor.

Tree hunting!  This is one of my favorite Christmas activities!  And the kids too!  They run around the lot and "get lost" they call it.  So cute!

Maybe one of these big ones?

And we settled on the perfect tree for our family.  Small but perfect.

Some holiday shopping with my friend April.

I will also post this on our Brownie post but here's our troop all dressed up and ready to sing at Gate Manor for Ken!

We had our holiday dinner and gift exchange with the Jazayeri's and the Andersen's, always a blast!

Tatum and Maddie ready to sled!

Ty and Isaac ready to sled!!

Sea World at Christmas time!

We were invited to go with Tamara and Ellie to the Christmas Shamu breakfast.

Our table was right up at the glass of the tank, so cool!

And Santa was there!

They also had reindeer at Sea World!

And we were in the beer garden looking at the little animals there and a woman was training this beaver and she asked us to come into the training arena and help her!  The girls got to feed and watch the trainer do her stuff, so awesome!

Super fun day!
And yet another fun day at Disneyland but this time with Tamara and Ellie!

Yes, we ditched school for this but hey, can't let school stand in they way of our education! :)

Tamara and Ellie start every visit to Disneyland with a horse drawn trolley ride so we jumped in for our first time!

We ended up splitting up since the girls wanted to go on big rides like Thunder Mountain and Space Mountain so Ty and I spent the afternoon together.  First we watched the Jedi Night Training show...

then we met Boba Fett...

scary!

I got in there too. :)
All the while these two enjoyed roller coasters, including Matterhorn!

Ty and I sailed to the island with a pirate band...

and ran around like pirates!

And found the gold!!

We loved seeing It's a Small World all decorated for Christmas...

and these two continued their fun!

Disney at Christmas is always breathtaking!

We went back to Breakfast in Bethlehem with Tamara and Ellie, we really enjoyed it last year.  A chance to get dressed up and remember the true meaning of Christmas.

Each person gets a bag with fun art activities and stuff to use during the play.  Here's Ty being a bearded king?!

The three wise men and their camel.

The manger.

Bella and Grace were there as well, such a fun experience!
