St. Michael's Fall Festival

This is the first year we've attended our church festival.  Tatum is now taking CCD or Catholic class, so I guess I feel like we should get more involved.  Mom and I baked some treats and donated them to the dessert table, and then Grandma bought the kids some tickets so they could enjoy the bouncy slide.

They had food booths for different countries, and the dessert booth of course.  Yum!

They had some craft booths and then lots of game booths.  The kids did a few, like this one where you raced your water bottle down a gutter powering it with a spray bottle.  The kids loved it and I think they tied!

This was where they had to spray water into a hole to blow up the balloon.  Another girl won but everyone got a prize for trying.  And Grandma was an excellent cheerleader!

Ty tried to win a fish.  Thank goodness that didn't work out, I'm burnt out on fish. :)

And then they had a dance party by the stage with two of these glowing dance boxes set up.  Ty is definitely not shy and when he had his chance, he got right up there and started break dancing!

These pictures don't do him justice.  He's really enjoying his dance classes!

Tatum, a bit on the shy side, was happy to dance near by but loved that all her jewelry glowed from the black lights!
A really fun night at the church festival.  Everyone we met was so nice and friendly, we'll definitely be back next year!
